As most of you know, Jim was a "cart-boy" at Target, so it's only fitting that Mercedes have a cart to play push around the house. Aunt Terri and Matt found a little cart for Mercedes at the Thrift store one afternoon. Since she's not able to walk yet, I decided to put her in the Johnny Jump Up and let her play with the cart. She has a BLAST!! She likes to "swing" in her Johnny Jumper. Not sure if that's the correct use for the toy, but she's safe, happy, and contained. What more could a mother want.
She has a good time being independant. She takes after her parents that way. :) Typical first child!
You know, I think us teachers need a Johnny Jump for our doorways.
